MANAGEMENT COMMITMENTS

Top Management PT. PSI continues enhance the quality perspective by demonstrating commitment to leadership and involvement in the quality improvement program. This includes involving all staffs through effective teamwork to achieve strategic quality objective and overall PT. PSI’S goals. Such activities include:

  1. Communicating the importance and methods of achieving all agreed requirements including that of satisfying customers.
  2. Establishing realistic quality objectives with staff for key business processes.
  3. Chairing management review.
  4. Providing necessary resources for sustained capability and improvement.

PT. PSI management system is overall management system which implements on quality policy, quality objective establishes process for providing products and services which meet or exceed customer requirements and satisfies ISO 9001:2008 and SNI ISO/IEC 17020:2012.

PT.PSI conduct inspections that the decisions are always based on code of conduct and will not show partiality to one another. PT.PS responsible for impartiality in inspection activities and independence from commercial and financial pressure by requiring every inspector to understand, sign the code of inspector, and follow company rules.

Each impartiality risk that will arise when carrying out inspection activates is identified to avoid the potential for alignments.

If the risk impartiality is identified, PT.PSI will try to eliminate or minimize these risk by establishing conformity with all information based on procedure of Impartiality and Independence.

Top Management is committed to maintain impartiality in the inspection activities carried out by PT.PSI.

PT.PSI is an organization that provides inspection service as third party inspection or inspection body type A as per SNI ISO/IEC 17020:2012 standard.
